These continuous improvements can strengthen our organization in facing the rapidly changing market. Competence development is also coupled with various employee social activities which are fully supported by the management. Employee gathering, measurement of performance, study tour, are a few examples that maintain a good working environment and high work productivity of ACE employees.        ACE truly concerns about the communities where we live in. Hence, we've been endeavouring a series of social programs with the main purpose to enhance community development, as our corporate social responsibilities.
